We started grinding here in 1990. Back then most families brought their own wheat, watched it ground, and carried it home warm. That hasn't changed — we are not a factory, we are your neighbourhood shop.
Over 35 years, more than a thousand families in MDC and nearby sectors have made this their chakki. Some have been coming for over two decades.
This is the part that actually decides how your roti turns out.
Your own, or cleaned wheat you can check by hand at the shop.
A stone chakki grinds slower and cooler, so the grain keeps its aroma.
Bran and germ stay in. Nothing sifted out, no maida mixed in.
No sacks sitting for months. Custom mixes are ground fresh on your order.
Our Sharbati comes from Madhya Pradesh — organic, known for its natural sweetness and soft, golden phulke. Our regular wheat comes from Punjab and Haryana. Both are at the shop; come and check the grain with your own hands before you decide.
Built to last months on a shelf. It is often milled weeks before it reaches your kitchen, and aroma fades with every week that passes.
We grind daily in small batches, and custom mixes are ground fresh on your order — so nothing sits around for months. No preservatives and no additives: not as a claim, but because it simply doesn't need them.
Keep fresh atta airtight in a cool, dry place and use it within 3–4 weeks. That's why we suggest smaller quantities more often.
