Common questions

Can I bring my own wheat to grind?
Yes — that's what a chakki is for. Many families buy wheat in season and get it ground fresh every few weeks. Grinding your own grain happens after 5 PM, till night.
Is the atta ready, or do I have to wait?
The everyday attas, ground grains and spices are ground fresh daily and kept ready — walk in and take them. Only a custom mix, khapli or black wheat is ground specially for you, and that takes a little time or a day's notice.
How long does grinding take?
About 15–20 minutes, because it's ground fresh for you. Message us before you come and we'll keep it ready.
Do you deliver to my sector?
We deliver free in MDC 4 and nearby sectors of Panchkula on orders of ₹250+. Not sure about your area? Just send us your address on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away.
How long does fresh atta stay good?
Use it within 3–4 weeks. Keep it airtight in a cool, dry place. That's exactly why we suggest smaller quantities more often instead of one big sack.
What's the minimum for a custom mix?
2 kg. Most families take 5 or 10 kg at a time so it lasts the month without sitting too long.
Can I pay online?
We don't take advance online payments. Pay cash or UPI directly to us when you collect the goods or when they reach your door.
Do you have khapli or black wheat today?
These are ground on order. Tell us a day ahead on WhatsApp and we'll have it freshly ground for you.
Is the atta really preservative-free?
Yes — and not because of anything we add or remove. We grind daily in small batches and sell it fresh, and custom mixes are ground on your order. Nothing sits long enough to need a preservative.
